rg7.ai is the website of RG7 AI, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The site provides information about the AI Grow Partner program and a way to apply. It is not an offer of services; engagement terms are agreed in a separate written contract.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to violate the law, infringe rights, scrape at scale, or interfere with its operation. Submitted applications must be accurate and submitted by an authorized representative of the named company.
4. Intellectual property
All content on rg7.ai — copy, design, code, and marks — is owned by RG7 AI, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share links and quote brief portions with attribution. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions without permission.
5. No warranty
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RG7 AI, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, business outcomes, revenue results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG7 AI, LLC and its members are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Direct damages, if any, are limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
